Ye Old Winter Cold . . .

. . . I gotz one. I’m going to start posting again this week, just as soon as I’m able to stay up to my usual bedtime. I have a stack of books that I need to write reviews for, including a mystery and one of my Reading & Tweeting books, and one I’ve been meaning to write for FanLit (sorry Kat!). There’s nothing like reading to wile away the hours while sick!

My project — ok, so it was a novel revision — is going well, but it won’t be done this week so I figured I may as well start blogging again.

I got onto Google Wave, but have not spent a lot of time on it so far. It has potential. I’m thinking a Google Wave Chat might be fun. Anyone else on Google Wave?

    Feel better soon! I’ve got half a cold (which really exist). Naturally I blame our students who are now having their winter holiday. 😀

    My homeschooled daughter is the one who got sick first. Otherwise, I would have blamed sick cube-mates at work. I envy your half-cold! I have the full version.

  3. My kids got really nasty colds a couple weeks ago, the kind that gets right into your lungs and takes forever to go away. The doctor was kind of surprised that they’d gotten this particular bug; she said that homeschooled kids don’t usually get it because it’s something that gets passed around at schools. So I guess my daughter picked it up at dance class or something.

    Anyway, hope you feel better soon! I’m still recovering myself. I had a cold in November which took forever to clear up, and only a day later, I got this one. ‘Tis the season to be sneezy!

    Hope you get better soon. I’m just getting over a nasty cold myself. I’m so glad your project is going well. 🙂

    I’m being productive while sick, and writing reviews on my Neo! I really need to do this more often. Then when I get some computer time, all I need to do is upload it, add any images and links, and post it!

  6. I’m sorry to hear you’re sick. That’s no fun. I do hope you get better soon. {Warm Smile}

  7. Google wave seems to be the interesting but useless gimmick of 2009. I have a dozen friends on it who never use it, therefore it’s impossible to have a conversation there. And despite inviting 20 people only a handful signed up. I am one51superior on there… in case any interesting writing waves start up 😉
